A bit about Beth: After taking the Cultivating Success courses offered by Washington State University, Beth became an incubator farmer at Viva Farms in 2013. Her business is named Sustenance, which she started as a farmer’s market business, but now operates solely as a wholesale operation, selling to customers from Bellingham to Seattle through the Puget Sound Food Hub. Beth joined the staff at Viva Farms in 2015, utilizing her Department of Defense contract experience to successfully manage and apply for various USDA grants.
